Terms of Service

By using TapToGo (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TapToGo to host or redirect to content that is illegal, infringing, malicious (malware, phishing), pornographic, hateful, or that violates the App Store / Google Play guidelines. We may suspend or delete any account that breaches this clause.

3. Your content

You own the content you upload (bio text, links, images). You grant TapToGo a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and route your content for the purpose of operating the Service. You can revoke this licence at any time by deleting your content.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• The Free plan is free forever. The Pro plan is billed monthly via Stripe at the price displayed at checkout.
• You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: we issue a refund for the current month on request within 14 days of the charge, except in cases of clear abuse.

5. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but provide the Service on an “as is” basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapToGo's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; if we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify users of material changes by email.
